An event hosted by the Faculty of Sciences from “Vasile Alecsandri” University of Bacău, Romania.
The conference will be held in hybrid format, allowing in-person or online participation. Authors who choose to participate online will receive the link to the platform where the conference will take place.
The Faculty of Sciences and the Center of Mathematics and Informatics Research of Vasile Alecsandri University of Bacău are organizing the XI-th Edition of the Gheorghe Vranceanu International Conference on Mathematics and Informatics, which will take place in Bacău on May 20th, 2026.
Researchers and students are kindly invited to submit their abstracts to the email adress: gvconference.bacau@gmail.com
Each author can participate in at most three papers. Each paper will be reviewed by at least two reviewers.
All papers must be presented by at least one of the authors in either an oral or poster session.

After the conference has taken place, participants should submit the full papers, written in English, by August 30th, 2026. All articles will undergo double-blind peer review for inclusion in the journal Studies and Research. Series Mathematics and Informatics, ISSN 2067-3566, online ISSN 2457-497X.
